TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE LULA NATURA PRODUCTS.

The Site allows you to place orders with ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. on a selection of CROCHETS products (hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)”), directly online via the Internet for shipments throughout the Iberian Peninsula, except Gibraltar, as well as the Canary Islands, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal.

From the Website it will not be possible to place special orders consisting, in particular, in the creation of a product that does not exist or that has ceased to be part of the CROCHETS, as well as in no case it will be possible to adapt or customize a product belonging to the CROCHETS collections.

1- AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCTION STOCKING.

The products offered and advertised through the site, as well as their prices, will be fully valid for the consumer as long as they appear on the Site although they will be, in any case, subject to availability due to the very nature of online shopping as, exceptionally, there may be errors or modifications, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers.

In the event that a product purchased is not available, the consumer will be informed within a maximum period of 72 hours from the confirmation of the purchase through the email address provided to the Website or, where appropriate, by telephone and the consumer may, upon receipt of this communication, opt for an alternative product or, where appropriate, for the cancellation of the purchase made.

ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. will not be responsible IN ANY CASE for the lack of stock or immediate availability of the products and the consumer may, as indicated in the previous paragraph, opt for the replacement or, if necessary, for the cancellation of the purchase made.

ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the products offered through the Website.

2- PURCHASE PROCESS OF LULA NATURA PRODUCTS.

2.1) Product selection:

The Website makes available to the consumer the totality of the products that can be the object of a selection after clicking on the option “ADD TO BASKET”.

2.2) Formalization of the purchase:

Once you have made your selection and clicked on the “BUY” option, you will have access to the summary of your purchase, which you can finalize by clicking on the “FINISH PURCHASE” section.

If you already have an account, you must identify yourself in order to use it. If you are not a customer you must fill out the form made available to the USER with the data, both billing and shipping
required and if necessary, and if desired for future purchases, you can create a new one.

2.2.a) – Creation of a USER account.

The creation of an account enables the USER to, among others:

Keep track of purchases, consult the history of orders placed, modify data entered, both personal data such as means of payment or delivery addresses, among others.

It will be the SOLE and EXCLUSIVE responsibility of the user, the conservation and confidentiality of the identification data as well as the commitment not to communicate them to third parties under any circumstances, NOT BEING IN ANY CASE RESPONSIBLE ADECOM S.L. or any of its group companies for the possible loss, theft, identity theft or any type of fraudulent use that may be made by third parties of the aforementioned data.

If you become aware that any of these or similar circumstances have occurred, you must IMMEDIATELY inform the Website through the channel provided for this purpose.

2.2.b) – Identification data:

The data entered by the user in the web site constitute sufficient proof of the purchase operations and/or in its case, returns and/or modifications of the orders that may exist between ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. and the REGISTERED USER.

In case of divergence between the USER and ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. in relation to any act performed, be it purchase, modification, cancellation, whatever it may be, the data registered by ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. and entered by the USER will be considered as irrefutable proof for all purposes.

2.2.c) – Account cancellation

The USER shall be entitled at any time to request the cancellation of the account by sending an e-mail to the address info@crochets.com.

2.3 – Confirmation of purchase.

Once the described process has been completed and after the acceptance of the present terms and conditions of sale, as well as the confidentiality policy of the Website, the USER will have to confirm the option “Place the order”, at which time the sale will have been completed, although prior to the final verification, the USER will have to check the selection of products.

The WEBSITE tries to ensure the faithful accuracy of the content displayed through it on computer equipment or mobile devices, although it is not responsible for the technical limitations for color reproduction that may exist in electronic devices of any USER, for this reason and in case of any doubt that the graphic representation may raise in relation to reality, please contact the Customer Service Department.
ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. reserves the right to NOT accept an order if it reasonably considers that the USER has infringed or could have infringed these Terms and Conditions, if there are indications of an illegal action by the USER or for any other legitimate reason.

2.3.a) Identification of the purchase.

Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive in the e-mail address provided to ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. a proof of purchase where the operation will be detailed.

2.4 – Prices and accepted methods of payment.

2.4.a) Price of the items.

Prices shall be expressed in Euros or, if applicable and for purchases made in the United Kingdom, in Pounds Sterling with their corresponding equivalence. The purchases will be subject to the corresponding taxes and duties in each state, and the refund of the referred amounts, for tax purposes, will not proceed in any case, except:

I- Case of cancellation of an order due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

II- In case of cancellation of the order due to defects or hidden defects in the object of the shipment.

In both cases, the consumer or user must be restored to the situation immediately prior to the purchase.

ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the price of the products offered. The payment will be made immediately at the moment of placing your order.

Applicable taxes

The prices of the products displayed on the Seller’s website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that, where appropriate, is applicable. Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT.

Form of payment

When placing the order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases made by credit or debit card or paypañ; or other similar means. In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, the Seller reserves the right to ask a customer for a specific form of payment in the event that the identity of the buyer is not reliably accredited. The web site uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data.

The customer will be able to select the shipping method from among those available for his shipping area. Please note that delivery times, quality of service, delivery point and cost will be different for each shipping method.

The Seller sends the orders to its customers through different express transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The delivery date at the customer’s address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. The approximate delivery times are available in the section of our website “Shipping Costs”. Before confirming the order, the customer will be informed about shipping costs and transport times, both indicative, which apply to your order in particular according to the volume of the purchase. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:

Transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents at the carrier and difficulties in the delivery of the goods.
Buyer’s rights and return policy

Once the order has been registered and the buyer has made the payment, the Customer may modify any item of his order for an amount equal to or greater than the amount placed.

For customers using the ClearPay payment method, products will be shipped within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

In any case, the paid order cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS:

The USER shall inform the Customer Service Department of ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. as soon as possible of any delay or non-delivery. ADECOM SOLUCIONES ONLINE S.L. will proceed as soon as possible to the resolution of the existing contingency. Any claim made in a period exceeding 14 calendar days after the order should have been received will not be addressed.
3.2 – Withdrawal, Exchanges and Returns.
3.2.a) – Right of withdrawal of the USER. The USER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the reception of the order.
No returns will be attended under the right of withdrawal provided for in the TRLGDCU when it is found that the garments have been used, manipulated, deteriorated or any other similarity that prevents ADECOM SOLUCIONES S. L. from putting them on sale.L. to offer the same for sale in identical conditions to those in which it was offered to the USER exercising the withdrawal.
The USER will be satisfied with all the amounts, price and shipping costs, although he/she will be responsible for those related to the costs of returning and making them available to ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L., under the protection of the provisions of article 108.1 TRLGDCU, unless the reception of the order presents any contingency attributable to ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.

CROCHETS will offer the Buyer the possibility of exchanging the product or sending a voucher for the amount of the product or refunding the purchase price by means of a bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer within a maximum period of 15 days.

Shipping costs will be free from 100 € of the total value of the purchase, in the event that the Customer makes a return for which the amount of the purchase is reduced to less than 100 €, will be deducted from the refund, the cost of shipping established that are, 3.99 €.

The amount corresponding to the items to be returned will be refunded, shipping and return costs will never be refunded.

CROCHETS reserves the right not to accept a return, if once received it does not comply with the conditions specified above, as well as if it is received after the deadline.

If a product different from the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake of CROCHETS, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.

Once the Customer has placed an order, it CANNOT BE CANCELLED IN ANY CASE.
Customer Obligations

The customer of the Seller undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration forms or order placement, and to keep them updated at all times.

The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Business, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by the Seller.

You also agree to keep your personal access codes to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual delivery schedule (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00). In the event of failure by the customer to comply with this obligation, the Seller shall have no liability for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Purchases and sales made with the Seller are subject to the laws of Spain. In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction shall be the Courts or Tribunals of the buyer.

2.5 – Ownership of goods and retention until full payment.

The purchased products will remain property of ADECOM SOLUCIONES S.L. until the complete satisfaction of the price and cost of the same.

Once the order has been delivered to the address indicated, the USER assumes all the risks derived from it.

The privacy policy explains how we use and collect your personal information as well as the steps we have taken to protect it. This privacy policy explains your choices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. By visiting the site directly or through another site, you are accepting the practices described in this policy.
