In strict compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, the company Adecom Soluciones S.L. with CIF B-40638827 registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia, is a provider of information society services through, among others, its website www.crochets.com, stating both its address and its permanent establishment in Vallada, Calle Maria Carmen Perales Alcover.

Under the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce, we comply with the same through this general clauses of USE of the website whose content is detailed below and constituting the same general conditions of contract under the provisions of Law 7/1998 of April 13, 1998 on General Conditions of Contract.

2- USE OF THE WEBSITE AND USER DATA

All the terms and conditions set forth below are part of the binding content between CROCHETS and the USER within the framework of this website, being applicable both to the use of this website and to the contracting through this website. These replace any other previous wording excepting only the written agreement/s between CROCHETS and the USER or CONSUMER for agreements prior to the present.

2.1 – USER and CONSUMER.

USER will be considered as USER any person who accesses the content of CROCHETS and CONSUMER will be considered as that person who acquires the goods offered through the web site.

Both parties hereby accept the general conditions contained in this document in relation to the use of the same as well as the purchase of the products offered through this document.

4- ELECTRONIC PROCUREMENT

4.1 -TYPE OF CONTRACT. PLACE OF EXECUTION.

Attending to the arranged in the Art.23 of the law 34/2002 of July 11 of services of the society of the information and of the electronic commerce the contracts celebrated between CROCHETS and the USER will have the consideration of contracts celebrated by electronic way and as such they will be ruled by the arranged in the Civil Code, Code of Commerce, Revised Text for the defense of the consumers and users, Law of services of the society of the information, as well as any other of application, producing by the concurrence of the consent all the effects foreseen in the Spanish Legal Order.

The consent will be given when CROCHETS sends the USER/CONSUMER an electronic acknowledgement of the order and the USER/CONSUMER does not refuse it without failing to the good faith, all this under the protection of the provisions of Art.28.1 of the law 34/2002 of July 11 of services of the society of the information and electronic commerce.

The contract, in such case, shall be presumed to have been concluded in the place where THE CONSUMER
has its habitual residence.

5- INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the elements (drawings, designs, models, illustrations, images, soundtracks, texts, logos, brands…) included on the website www.crochets.com are the exclusive property of CROCHETS.

The total or partial reproduction by any means or process, distribution, publication, transmission, modification or sale of all or part of the contents of the website, as well as the creation of derivative works from it, is prohibited.

The unauthorized use of these contents will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.
