Ingredients: (4-5 persons)
300 grams of special rice for desserts.
1 lt of whole milk.
4 spoons of sugar.
1 brik of condensed milk.
1 brik of evaporated milk (Optional)
Vanilla essence.
Cinnamon (To taste)
Mode of preparation:
Pour the rice, milk, a spoonful of vanilla essence and a cinnamon stick into a casserole dish.
Let it simmer for 35-40 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid unpleasant lumps.
Once it has a more mellow consistency, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and a dash of condensed milk. Do not change the heat. Let it continue to cook over low heat for another 5-10 minutes.
After this time, remove from heat and let it cool for 2-3 minutes. Don’t even think of serving it hot, as this could cause colic and stomach pain to your mini diners.
When cold, serve it in a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon stripes to give it a special touch. You can also add condensed milk to taste, giving it a more appetizing appearance.

Did you get the idea? Rice pudding does not require great culinary knowledge and you can prepare it for your children as a snack or at the end of lunch to reward them for their good behavior.
