We know that vegetables are rarely among children’s favourite dishes. It is a good idea to start little by little, experimenting and trying different foods, since they are important for their development and health.

To the mums, especially, we don’t need to tell you the challenge of introducing new foods into the menu and getting the little ones to want to try them. 2. Choose a recipe and look for all the ingredients you need to make it, so you can learn the names of different foods along the way.

 3. Once you have all the ingredients ready, start cooking, following the recipe step by step so it turns out really delicious.
