We know that vegetables are not usually one of children’s favorite dishes<\/strong>. It is a good idea to start small, experimenting and trying different foods as they are important for the development and health<\/strong> of the little ones. <\/p>\n

For moms, especially, we’re not going to tell you about the challenge of introducing new foods<\/strong> to the menu and getting them to want to try them. And if we’re talking about vegetables, the challenge is even greater, so let’s turn it around and get the kids to playfully encourage them to try vegetables!<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Today we are going to share with you a fun way to introduce vegetables in their diet, through imitation play<\/strong>. Kids love to participate and help in the activities we adults do, so they can play at preparing a recipe with vegetables. <\/p>\n

Play is part of their daily life and stuffed animals<\/a> are present in their fun times, so why not play at cooking?<\/p>\n

  1. The first thing we are going to do is to choose a<\/strong> stuffed animal<\/strong> from those we have in the room, surely you have a favorite with which you sleep every night \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n
  2. Choose a recipe<\/strong> and look for all the ingredients<\/strong> needed to prepare it, so you can get to know the names of the different foods.<\/li>\n
  3. Once we have all the ingredients prepared, we start cooking following,<\/strong> step by step, the recipe to make it really delicious.<\/li>\n
  4. Now all that’s left is to enjoy this tasty and healthy meal<\/strong> that you have lovingly prepared for your cuddly toy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
