On the other hand, you will strengthen their bone-muscular system<\/a> to help them grow healthy and strong. Rice pudding<\/strong> is easy to prepare, giving you that magnificent possibility to pamper them without having to spend long hours in the kitchen. <\/p>\n

Ingredients: (4-5 persons)<\/h2>\n

300 grams of special rice for desserts.<\/p>\n

1 lt of whole milk.<\/p>\n

4 spoons of sugar.<\/p>\n

1 brik of condensed milk.<\/p>\n

1 brik of evaporated milk (Optional)<\/p>\n

Vanilla essence.<\/p>\n

Cinnamon (To taste)<\/p>\n

Mode of preparation:<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pour the rice, milk, a spoonful of vanilla essence and a cinnamon stick into a casserole dish.<\/p>\n

Let it simmer for 35-40 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid unpleasant lumps.<\/p>\n

Once it has a more mellow consistency, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and a dash of condensed milk. Do not change the heat. Let it continue to cook over low heat for another 5-10 minutes. <\/p>\n

After this time, remove from heat and let it cool for 2-3 minutes. Don’t even think of serving it hot, as this could cause colic and stomach pain to your mini diners. <\/p>\n

When cold, serve it in a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon stripes to give it a special touch. You can also add condensed milk to taste, giving it a more appetizing appearance. <\/p>\n
